Mediation

With my support the involved parties look at the conflict, understand the why and what everyone needs and then search for a solution. The end of the process is an agreement that every party can wholeheartedly say yes to as it is their solution, not anyone else’s.
Demotivation, overwhelm, confusion, feeling stuck and challenging work dynamics keep us from reaching our full potential. Support and having someone to turn to makes all the difference.
Coaching

In 1 to 1 sessions, we understand the situation you are in and how the future state should look like or what decision you need to make. I will then support you finding your way to get where you want to be with a time investment of 2 - 4 hours per month or to make a decision that feels right.
Nicola supported the DVV (Duisburger Versorgungs- und Verkehrsgesellschaft) for 6 months as an interim manager.
Initially, she was employed as an HR business partner and then took over the management of the recruiting team.

In today's world companies struggle to find the right people and it takes time to do so. Plus we all - not only companies - have to deal with the human factor. Humans do fall sick, have different objectives, perceptions and realities from which conflicts arise and they have fear, lack trust and struggle with each other and / or with themselves. This passion of mine already became evident when I chose as major subjects: International Management, Human Resources and Organizational and Labor psychology during my business administration study.
I am a passionate and experienced HR Professional and Business Partner. In over 19 years in global US corporations, I gained experience and expertise by managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle (hire until exit), as well as acquisition integrations and leading cross-cultural HR Teams with up to 14 individuals in a virtual and matrixed environment. I am deeply committed and an evangelist - when and wherever possible - to build bridges, overcoming issues, believing in people’s growth and development including my own. Therefore, I became a certified business mediator as well as a neuro-scienctific systemic coach.
